As per our last membership meeting the membership voted to stream this Special meeting on zoom for our members.
Special meeting will take place on May 23, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the NBPC Local 1929 Office located at 4150 Rio Bravo, Suite 221, El Paso, TX 79902, Each candidate may have a reasonable number of observers, who are members, present throughout the election process. Members who unavoidably are absent from the nomination meeting may make and accept nominations by way of a letter at 4150 Rio Bravo, Suite 221, El Paso, TX 79902. This must be received by May 23, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the NBPC Local 1929 Office. We urge all members to participate. Elections are governed by the AFGE Rules of Conduct for an Election, Appendix A of the AFGE National Constitution.
We will stream the meeting on Zoom. For those interested in joining the meeting on Zoom, the following is required:
A Zoom account.
Membership information must match what’s on file with Local 1929.
Must have a functioning camera and microphone.
Register prior to 5:00 P.M. on the day of the meeting.
Register in advance for this meeting, the registration link was emailed in the notice to your email on file with the union.
