On August 28th, 2023, the El Paso Sector Job Swap Program MOU was officially announced. This agreement is the product of months of negotiation between El Paso Sector and your NBPC Local 1929, to allow agents greater flexibility to trade duty stations within the El Paso Sector. The first rounds of in sector swaps are tentatively slated to begin December 1st, 2023. Check your government email for the complete MOU providing the details for agent participation in the program.
