The House passed the Secure America Act, the bill that fully funds Border Patrol and ICE through Fiscal Year 2029.
The Senate passed the legislation last week, and President Trump signed the act into law on June 10, 2026.
The combination of the Secure America Act and the One Big Beautiful Bill means our agents and support staff will receive steady and consistent paychecks through FY2029 – with no threat of a government or agency shutdown.
